Kidz 2 Tutor offers Mathematics, Reading, and Writing packages for grades 5-9.   Your child will benefit from the knowledge and expertise of our tutors. We offer school year tutoring as well as special topics classes during the summer months.


Our A-Mazing Math Package (Elementary or Middle level) contains the following topics:

Elementary Level
Numerical Operations, Addition/Subtraction, Multiplication/Division, Fractions, Decimals, Ratios/Proportions/Percents, Area/Perimeter/Volume, Problem Solving, Measurement

Middle Level
Includes all of the above elementary topics and Pre-Algebra, Geometry, Integers ,Probability and Statistics, Integers 
 

Our Reading Victory Package (Elementary or Middle level) contains the following topics:

Elementary Level
Phonics, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Fluency

Middle Level
Includes all of the above elementary topics and Reference Skills, Literary Tone, Mood, Point of View 


Our Writing for Success Writer's Workshop Package (Elementary or Middle level) covers all of the skills needed for successful writing from the beginning to the final product.  The topics covered are:


Elementary Level
Prewriting ,Rough draft, Revision, Editing, Publishing, Paragraph writing building to essays, Vocabulary and spelling skills, Grammar, Subject/verb agreement, Sentence fragments and run-ons, Punctuation

Middle Level
Includes all of the above elementary topics and Topic sentences, Main idea, Supporting details, Analyzing readings, Summarizing


All of our lessons are tailored to the state's curriculum standards.

You decide which topics from our packages you would like your child to be tutored in. 

You also decide on the number of lessons you would like to sign your child up for. 

Two lessons are scheduled each week in small individualized learning groups . Each tutoring session lasts for one hour.
